- On this page enter your trust number and DME and select medical reimbursement (online/ offline).

Process To Check Pensioner Medical Reimbursement Status
- In the first place, you have to visit the official website to check pensioner medical reimbursement status.

- Then enter the trust number and DME number.

How To Download Health Card

- You will be asked for the User ID. So enter your user id.
