Direct Bank Transfer Scheme Event Launch
On this Monday, 15 days prior to Independence Day, the Chief Minister Mr. Yogi Adityanath delivered a speech at the inaugural ceremony of the UP direct benefit transfer (DBT) scheme.

- A total of 1,300 lakh schools are eligible for receiving funding. This cash (Rs. 1200)will be used to buy 2 uniform sets (Rs 300 each), a sweater (Rs 200), new shoes and 2 pairs of socks (Rs 125), school bag (Rs 175), and other stationery items (Rs 100).
- Teachers and administrators must call, speak with, and meet parents to make sure students wear uniforms and shoes. No Children should shiver in the winter.
- Higher-class students should donate their old books to a “book bank” so that junior-level students aren’t impacted if new books are delayed.
- Every Gram villagers should send their children to school.
