RTE Gujarat Eligibility Criteria

  • The child must be a minimum of 5 years old on June 1st, 2023.
  • The income of the family of the student must not be above:
  • Rs. 68,000 per annum for General Cast students.
  • Rs. 2 lakh per annum for SC/ST students.
  • Rs. 1 lakh in case of OBC students.
Required Documents to Apply
  • Aadhar Card(For resident’s proof)
  • Certificate of Social welfare officer or any other competent authorities( As a certificate of Guardianship)
  • Birth certificate of child
  • Color Passport Size photograph
  • Voice certificate of the guardian
  • Certificate from district officer for BPL range 1 to 8
  • Certificate from a civil surgeon (for Child of Physical ailment)
  • SC, ST, or OBC certificate (If has one)
  • Certificate from child welfare committee of District in case child is orphan or requires spacial care.
  • Certificate from respective authorities For the child of Martyr.
  • Aadhar Card of guardian
  • Bank details (of child bank account, or guardians account)
