Aim Of Jagananna Smart Town Scheme
The major aim of this Jagananna Smart Town Scheme 2023 is to give residential plots to the middle-income families. AP Jagananna Smart Town Scheme Payment Schedule
All the concerned applicants can now apply for the plots in the township. For this, they just need to pay 10% of the total value. The 1st installment amount of this plot is 30% of the total amount. The beneficiaries need to pay this value in a month after making agreement, the second installment need to be paid in next 6 months. This is also 30% and the last 30% is needed to be paid at the time of registration of plot. Nearly 10% of the plots in the township are reserved for Government workers who do not have houses of their own. These employees will have a rebate of 20%. The government will develop the township as per the norms of town planning. Authority will use the 50% of the layout area for basic requirements S such as parks, playgrounds, schools, and Banks.
