- First of all, You have to Navigate the Official Website of the National Cyber Reporting Portal.
- Now you will land on the homepage.
- The menu bar is open in front of you, where you have to focus on the first and second menu items only i.e. “Report Women/Child-Related Crime” & “Report Other Cyber Crime”
- Now as the name suggest, if you want to report cybercrime activities associated with women or child, So opted the first option, else use the generic option “Report other cybercrime”
- Then click on the “Report Other Cybercrime”
- So a new page will open in front of you.
- Kindly click on the “File a Complaint” link to file a complaint.
- Now you will redirect to another page, where you have to accept the terms and conditions.
- Then click on the option near “I Accept”, then click on “I Accept”
- So another page will open in front of you, where you need to log in.
- How to log in?:-
- To log in, you have to select your state
- Now create USERNAME, or Enter your mobile number and fill up the OTP.
- After they enter, your Mobile number, Just click on the “Get OTP” to receive the OTP on your mentioned mobile number.
- When you received the OTP, just enter the OTP.
- Now just fill up the captcha code for verification & and hit the SUBMIT button.
- Once successfully logged in, you will see a complaint registration form.
- Fill in the form by providing all the required information.
- Finally, click on “Submit” to submit the complaint
- Once, your complaint is submitted, you will see a complaint ID, which can be used to track the status of your complaint.
