- Then you have to give complete information about your family’s annual income and all sources of income.
- After this the details of your family members (member’s name, age and relation) have to be given.
- Now you have to select the location and location code further in the form and select the priority of the location as per your choice.
- After this you have to fill the details of your nominee. His name, address and relationship with you etc.
- Now upload your required documents in the form (income certificate, caste certificate, its proof, residence proof, aadhar card copy, e-bank canceled check copy, and sogand nama).
- After that you have to fill the deposit amount and form fee. For which you have to choose the mode of payment.
